Many of whom are gaining their yoga qualifications or learning about the deeper yoga philosophy.

Classes are not only focused, but intense, and if you’re booked on to one of their detox programs, your diet will be extremely limited. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted, so if your looking for a gentler start this one might have to wait till 2018!
